Welcome To
NorthStar Oral Surgery
At NorthStar Oral Surgery, patients are cared for with the kind of skill, clarity, and compassion that can make even complex treatment feel more manageable. Our practice is built around advanced surgical care, thoughtful communication, and a commitment to helping every patient feel informed from the first consultation onward. Whether you have been referred for a dental implant, tooth extraction, oral pathology evaluation, or another specialty procedure, our team is here to provide precise treatment in an environment designed around comfort, safety, and trust for patients in New Jersey and the surrounding communities.
Comprehensive Care
We provide a wide scope of oral and surgical services so patients can receive specialized treatment under one roof. From straightforward extractions to more involved bone grafting, endodontic procedures, and implant planning, our team takes a thorough approach to diagnosis and care. Every treatment recommendation is based on your individual needs, your oral health goals, and the best long-term outcome for your smile, function, and overall well-being.
State-Of-The-Art Technology
Modern technology plays an important role in the care we deliver. At NorthStar Oral Surgery, advanced imaging and detailed treatment planning help us evaluate anatomy more precisely, improve surgical accuracy, and support better patient education. This level of detail allows us to plan with confidence, explain procedures more clearly, and create a more efficient experience from consultation through recovery.
Patient-Centered Approach
We understand that many patients arrive feeling nervous, uncertain, or overwhelmed by the idea of oral surgery. That is why we prioritize a patient-centered experience at every stage of care. We take time to listen, answer questions, explain treatment in straightforward language, and help patients feel prepared for what comes next. Our goal is not only to deliver excellent clinical care but also to create a supportive experience in which patients feel respected, reassured, and well cared for.

Dental Implants
Dental implants are a long-term solution for replacing missing teeth with strength, stability, and a natural appearance. At NorthStar Oral Surgery, implant treatment is carefully planned to support both function and aesthetics while protecting long-term oral health. Whether a patient is replacing one tooth or rebuilding a more complex area, we focus on precise placement and a treatment plan tailored to the individual.
All-On-4®
For patients who are missing multiple teeth or need full-arch restoration, All-On-4 implants offer a revolutionary solution. With only four strategically placed dental implants, this treatment provides a permanent, comfortable, and natural-looking set of new teeth.
Oral Pathology
Changes in the soft tissue, gums, jaw, or surrounding oral structures should never be ignored. Oral pathology services are designed to evaluate areas of concern, identify abnormalities, and determine whether additional treatment is needed. Early attention to suspicious lesions, growths, cysts, or tissue changes can be an important part of protecting both oral and overall health.
Exposures of Impacted Teeth
When a tooth does not erupt properly, exposing an impacted tooth may be an important step in guiding it into place. This procedure is often part of a coordinated treatment plan with an orthodontist and is performed with close attention to surgical precision and healing. Our team works carefully to support proper eruption while helping patients understand the process and expected recovery.
Single & Multi-Tooth Extractions
Tooth extractions are sometimes the best step when teeth are damaged, infected, non-restorable, or creating problems for surrounding structures. Whether removing one tooth or multiple teeth, we approach every extraction with attention to comfort, efficiency, and long-term planning. When appropriate, we also discuss replacement options and site preservation to help protect future oral health.
Sinus Augmentation
When losing upper teeth, the sinus cavity can sometimes expand and cause issues for implants. In these cases, a sinus augmentation or grafting procedure may be necessary to add bone tissue to the area. This promotes proper implant placement and stability while preventing complications such as sinus infections or implant failure.
Wisdom Tooth Extractions
Wisdom teeth can lead to discomfort, crowding, infection, swelling, and damage to nearby teeth when they do not develop or erupt properly. Removing them at the right time can help prevent more serious complications later. Our team evaluates each case carefully and provides thoughtful guidance so patients understand whether removal is recommended and what to expect before, during, and after the procedure.
Sedation Dentistry
Sedation dentistry can help patients feel more relaxed and comfortable during surgical treatment. For those who experience dental anxiety, have difficulty sitting through procedures, or are undergoing more involved care, sedation can make the experience feel significantly easier. Our team reviews your health history, explains your options, and helps determine the safest and most appropriate approach for your visit.
